Step One:
You will need to complete 2 years or 4000 hours of supervised professional experience. One of these years can be earned while working towards your doctoral degree. Step Two:
Next, you will need to complete the Vermont jurisprudence examination. You can download the examination and instructions here.
Step Three:
You will now want to complete the Vermont psychologist licensure application. Make sure you read the instructions attached to the application form. Along with a completed licensure application, you will need to attach the appropriate application fee and a copy of your Vita (Resume) showing all relevant work experience. In addition, you will need to have your transcripts sent directly from your graduate school.

Once the Board has approved your application, they will notify the exam administrators of your eligibility to sit for the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology. You will then receive information about registration for the exam.
