I'm a High School Graduate...
As a high school graduate researching Wyoming psychologist licensure requirements, you are way ahead of the game. However, you still have a long way to go. Licensure requirements state that all Wyoming psychologists must have a doctorate in psychology or a related field.
The following are steps to help you expedite the process.
Step One:
Education. The most important and time consuming step. Research and contact all schools that interest you. Then enroll in a program and begin earning your college degree as soon as possible.

Step Two:

Step One:

Step Two:
When choosing a Master's or Doctoral program, you will be narrowing your career focus. Since there are a large variety of areas where you can go within the field of psychology, it would be wise to speak with the career services personnel at your school to learn more about various opportunities you may participate in to boost yourself higher on the list of possible applicants for school and/or for a professional position once you have completed your schooling.

Step One:
You will need to earn 2 years of supervised work experience. One year of experience needs to be completed predoctorally and the other year will need to be completed postdoctorally.

Step Two:
Now, you can submit a Wyoming psychologist licensure application to the Wyoming State Board of Psychology including all supporting documents and necessary fees. You will also need to have your transcripts sent directly from your graduate school to the Wyoming State Board of Psychology.

Step Three:
Once the Board has reviewed your application, you will be notified of your eligibility to take the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology EPPP (Unless you are seeking a school psychologist licensure, you will then need to complete the NASP, Phone: 301-657-0270).
