As stated above, most individuals who begin a Masters program in Clinical Psychology with go on to complete their PhD or PsyD afterwards. With the doctoral level education, you will be able to qualify for licensure as a psychologist and will then have the ability to diagnose and treat patients suffering from psychological issues.
