Step One:

You will need a masters or doctorate degree in clinical social work from an approved school in order to become a licensed social worker in Delaware.

Step Two:

After receiving a masters degree, you will be able to begin acquiring two years of clinical experience. A minimum of 3200 hours is required, 1600 of which will need to be under the supervision of a qualified professional approved by the Delaware Board of Clinical Social Work Examiners.
