How to become a Social Worker in Florida:

Follow the steps to earn your Florida Social Work License:

Step One:

To receive a Florida clinical social worker license, you will need to earn your masters or doctoral degree from an approved school.

Request information from psychology schools and colleges in Florida.

Step Two:

Step Three:

In addition to specific coursework, you will need to complete at least 2 years of clinical social work experience under the guidance of a qualified supervisor.
